No — Allied manufactures the coating itself. Your parts are coated and cured on your own production line. If you need a coating applied for you, contact us and we'll refer you to an applicator in our network.
Our coatings are engineered for manufacturers operating UV curing equipment at production volume. If you're evaluating UV for a new line, we're glad to talk equipment and feasibility.
An application method (spray, roll, vacuum) and UV curing lamps in line. We formulate to your setup and can point you toward equipment suppliers we work with when you are speccing a new installation.
