Allied is committed to a cleaner industrial future, and UV curing is how we get there. Our 100% solids UV coatings put down exactly what stays on the part — nothing evaporates off into the air, so there are no VOCs or HAPs to capture, treat or report.
Curing happens in seconds under UV light instead of hours in a thermal oven, so a UV line draws far less energy and takes up far less floor space. For the manufacturers we supply, that adds up to lower emissions and lower operating costs from the same process change — and for the industries we serve, a cleaner way of finishing parts than the one it replaces.
