Dan Sweetwood

President & CEO

As Allied PhotoChemical’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Dan Sweetwood is responsible for growing Allieds leadership position in the UV coatings marketplace.

Sweetwood joined Allied in 2005. Since that time he has held various positions including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2008. He offers a strong background of technical, operational and financial experience in the manufacturing marketplace.

Prior to joining Allied PhotoChemical, Sweetwood, held several key positions at Rockwell Automation with a primary focus in the automotive market and at Silicon Graphics focusing on high performance computing. Sweetwoods most recent position included responsibility for channel management between Rockwell Automation and McNaughton-McKay Electric.

Sweetwood has a Bachelors of Science Degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Masters of Finance from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.

Aaron Krohn

Vice President of Technology

As Allied PhotoChemical’s Vice President of Technology, Aaron is responsible for Allieds entire technology portfolio and future developments.

Krohn initially started with Allied as a Co-op from Kettering University in 2002. He joined Allied full time in 2006 and has previously held a number of positions including Director of Applications & Development.

Prior to joining Allied, Krohn served in a key manufacturing position at TI Automotive.

Krohn has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering / Minor in Business Management from Kettering University and a Masters in Engineering from Kettering University in Flint, MI.
